gitago reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Eligibility & Age Restriction

gitago uses identity verification procedures to confirm the age and identity of registered players. You may be asked to submit a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identity document at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the requested timeframe will result in the suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
Account Registration

One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold only one active gitago account at any given time. Account Security

Account Currency
All gitago accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Withdrawal Processing

Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds credited to a gitago account are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion's individual terms. As a general guide, gitago deposit bonuses carry a wagering requirement of between 20x and 35x the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms — uncompleted bonuses expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
Bonus Fund Usage Order
When both real-money funds and bonus funds are present in a gitago account, real-money funds are used first for bets placed. Bonus funds are then applied once the real-money balance has been exhausted. This ordering cannot be altered by the player.

Bet Acceptance
All bets placed on gitago are subject to acceptance by gitago at its sole discretion. gitago reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet without providing a reason. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and the bet amount has been deducted from your account balance. In the event of a technical error during bet placement, gitago's records will be treated as the definitive record of whether a bet was accepted.
Odds & Markets
Odds displayed on gitago for pre-match and in-play sports betting markets are subject to change at any time up to the point of bet acceptance. The odds shown at the moment your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to your wager. gitago provides markets for cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, international T20Is and Tests), football, kabaddi, and other sports. Void Bets & Event Cancellations
If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum number of overs or playing time required to settle the market has been completed, affected bets will be voided and the stake returned to your gitago account balance. gitago follows widely recognised industry standards for void bet rules in cricket, football, and other sports. Prohibited Betting Activity
The following betting practices are strictly prohibited on gitago and will result in account suspension or permanent closure:
- Using automated betting scripts, bots, or any software to place bets without manual intervention
- Exploiting pricing errors or latency arbitrage opportunities in live betting markets
- Placing bets on events where the outcome is already known (commonly referred to as "past posting")
- Collusion with other players to guarantee a profit at gitago's expense
- Any form of match-fixing or betting activity based on insider information
Casino Game Rules

- Evidence of fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment credentials or chargebacks
- Bonus abuse, collusion, or any other activity designed to exploit gitago's platform in an unfair manner
- Use of automated software, bots, or scripts in connection with betting activity
- Any activity that gitago reasonably believes may constitute money laundering or other criminal conduct
- An account being inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months
Voluntary Account Closure
If you wish to close your gitago account voluntarily, you may do so at any time by contacting gitago support via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method after identity verification has been completed. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. gitago will attempt to notify the registered email address before applying a dormancy fee. After the dormancy period, a monthly administration fee may be deducted from the account balance until either the account becomes active again or the balance reaches zero. gitago will not apply a dormancy fee that causes a negative account balance.
